How can years of material handling experience help your company?
Chainveyor®, a division of W.M. Kelley, has been helping our customers for many years with innovative solutions provided by low-cost, light-duty overhead conveyors. Our engineers recognized the need for an alternative to expensive heavy-duty conveyor systems. They also recognized that “light-duty” still had to meet superior standards for long-lasting, cost-effective and efficient equipment.
We have certainly achieved “long-lasting.” Chainveyor® was established in 1952. In the not-too-distant past, we received a repair parts order from a customer. Their Chainveyor® system has been running since 1952.
Cost-effectiveness and efficiency have also been proven time and time again by customers who have used Chainveyor® for powder coating lines, empty box lines, manufacturing assembly, packaging and storage.
The systems Chainveyor® provides for unique situations and products are notable. We use creative engineering along with advanced product technology to create solutions that solve industry’s needs.
Many of our competitors produce only standard products. Chainveyor® offers advanced technology in design and manufacturing to satisfy the unique requirements of each customer. Our goal is to provide solutions that will produce profits for your business. If we cannot perform this task, we have no value to offer.
Some of the unique overhead applications conveyed by Chainveyor® include:

- “Fashion Conveyor” window curtain rod for store fronts in New York. – support large curtains for storefront displays. Curtains are closed while employees rearrange displays

- Zombie Conveyor. Chainveyor® is used for moving “Zombies” through a haunted house.
- Parachute hanging conveyor. A manual, gravity line trolley system is used to assist operators packing parachutes.

- Automated Livestock Feeding. A Chainveyor® system is used to automatically feed livestock at set times each day.
